2. Cancellation Procedure

  • Online Cancellation: Cancellations can be made directly through your user account on the Hidden Port website. Log in to your account, access your reservations, and select the cancellation option.
  • Cancellation Confirmation: After canceling your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us immediately.

3. Reservation Modifications

  • Date Changes: Changes to stay dates are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact our customer service to check availability and conditions.
  • Other Modifications: For any other changes (number of guests, room type, etc.), please contact the hotel directly. Fees may apply according to each hotel’s policies.

4. No-Show Policy

  • No-Show Policy: In case of no-show at the hotel without prior cancellation, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to release the room for the remaining duration of the reservation.

5. Refunds

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used when booking.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Service fees, taxes, and other additional charges are non-refundable.

6. Non-Refundable Reservations

  • Special Offers and Promotions: Some special offers and promotions may be non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly indicated at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, no refund will be made.
